Make Music Day is a celebration of music on the summer solstice that is performed by anyone and enjoyed by everyone worldwide. For 2024, we are pleased to represent Oakland in the Laurel District. You're invited to take part in the festivities and help show off our local talent and join the public celebration. The festival is on June 21st and goes all day. It takes place in over 1,000 cities around the world. If you would like to participate in another neighborhood, please contact us via email. We hope to expand to more neighborhoods in 2025 (June 21 falls on a Saturday). Thank you for your patience as we explore this concept for the first time in 2024.
